2. What data is collected and why
Contact form
If you write through the contact form, your name, email address and message are collected. They are used only to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quote for your event. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is sent by a person and not by an automated program. To do so, Cloudflare processes technical data from your browser and your IP address.
If you get in touch via WhatsApp, the conversation is also governed by WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy. It is used only to handle your enquiry.
Visitor statistics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit it, which pages they view and which countries they come from. Google Analytics may use cookies. This data is not used to identify you personally.
YouTube videos
Embedded videos do not load until you click on them. When you play one, YouTube (Google) may process data under its own privacy policy.
3. How long data is kept
Contact details are kept for as long as the conversation or business relationship lasts and, after that, for as long as legal obligations (for example, tax rules) require. Statistics are kept according to the retention periods set in each tool.
4. Who data is shared with
Data is never sold or passed on to third parties. Only the technical providers needed to run the website are involved: hosting, email, Cloudflare, Google and Ahrefs. Some of them may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
5. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and for data portability, by writing to info@silhouettes.vip. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular the one in your country of residence or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
